Maya Johnson

Maya Johnson is a graduate of Newcastle University. She is the proprietor of the award-winning gastropub, Agra and Daemon Eatery in Newcastle. She runs the UK's first vegan pop up restaurant, Alba.

Johnson hosts a weekly podcast for lovers of the vegan lifestyle, The Vegan Soup Pot, where she talks about ethical issues in the meat and dairy industries, the impact of veganism on the environment, health issues, politics and more.
