Erica Baxter is a photographer specialising in self-portraits. She started shooting her own images almost 10 years ago and has done everything from editorial to fashion shoots to produce her own portfolio. Since then she has been illustrating her images and collaborating with a number of brands.

In 2016 she collaborated with editor Kate Orbeck for the Swedish publication Cosmopolitan, to shoot the cover in a life-like style.

“I started out in self-portrait photography back in 2005. At that time I was not doing it professionally, but to satisfy my creativity. So I started experimenting with different looks and let myself do as much as I wanted to with makeup and hair. I started photographing myself in the bathroom mirror.”
