Benedict Page
Benedict Page has been working in the arts since 2006, mostly in research and writing.
Pages lives with his wife and two children in Cape Town, South Africa.
Professionally, Pages teaches in the Industrial Design discipline at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
His passion for textiles, construction and other elements of the built environment caused him to decide to make a career out of them.
He has been awarded a number of grants and fellowships to promote this work, including the Phillip Monaghan Fellowship at the University of Cape Town, the J.H.
Menkens and Penelope Hellems Claassen Fellowship at the Cape Town Centre for Architecture, and the Raymond Charles Hoppe Fellowship for Social Research at the University of Johannesburg.
